A few words about the Artist: Sara is a professional Artist. While in highschool she took
classes at Art Center in Pasadena and Pasadena City College. Sara became a full time artist
after graduating and continues to educate herself in painting and rendering. Sara is inspired
by several artists including Andy Wharhols' usage of color, and the way Piet Mondrian usage of
color. She is greatly inspired by the classic artists such as: Leonardo De Vinci and
Botticelli. Sara began creating her own original works in 2001. She works in oils and
acrylics, mainly focusing on the human body and color. Bold and vivid Colors combined with
bold paintbrush strokes are the characteristics and personlized expressions of Sara.
All paintings are from a studio and are original and quality pieces of art that are amazingly
beautiful and unique in their own way. The works are only original paintings, I never make
prints or anything of a kind.
