Ljuba Adanja was born in Serbia. In 1988, she moved to Canada together with her
family. Ljuba graduated from Ontario Collage of Art and Design in 1998. Her paintings and
drawings have been chosen and exhibited in many places including Toronto, Montreal and
Barcelona.
Ljuba Adanja is the recipient of the following awards and honours. She received
the Mrs. W.O. Forsyth Honourable Mention, People's Choice Award at the 30th Annual Juried Show
and was the Second Prize Winner at the First Annual Vortex Art Competition.
Moreover, her work is in permanent collection in Osgood Hall in Toronto and in
private collections all over the world, including countries such as Canada, USA, Kuwait,
Syria, Germany, Italy, Argentina and Serbia.
